May's design is Cordelia by Allyson Dykhuizen. This unique design is inspired by the Carbide & Carbon building in Chicago, Illinois. Knit in the round from the bottom up, the Carbide Checks motif is repeated throughout the body of the hat through to the brim, mimicking the art deco style seen throughout the classic Chicago landmark.
