Note: this is the date you selected when scheduling a trunk show.
Trunk shows must be checked in upon arrival (a checklist will be provided in the box).
Samples must stay in the shop at all times. Samples may not go home with owners, staff, or customers.
Tags must be kept on the samples at all times. KW will be notified upon receipt if garments are missing tags.
Samples may be tried on, staff and customers will not drink, eat, or smoke while they are worn.
If samples are returned to KW damaged in need of repair, the shop is responsible for paying for the repair of the sample. This includes, but may not be limited to: cost of yarn, cost of time to make necessary repairs, cost of re-knitting any damaged portions, and cost or replacement accessories such as buttons, ties or other additions.
If the trunk show is returned to KW and samples are missing or damaged beyond repair, the shop is responsible for paying for the replacement sample. I will be billed for the cost of yarn, all shipping to and from the sample knitter, and cost of knitting the sample (.20/yd), and any accessories (buttons, zippers, etc).
Failure to follow the guidelines, if the trunk show is returned late, if samples are returned in haphazard fashion, and/or if any of the pre-approved terms of the trunk show have not been met, I may be determined ineligible for future trunk shows.
Trunk shows must be shipped back to KW via UPS or USPS, and tracking will be emailed to info@kelbournewoolens.com with the subject "trunk show return tracking". The Shop will bear responsibility for the cost of shipping.
