Our Trunk Shows are scheduled by collection. We open the schedule quarterly. Due to high demand, the typical length you will have the trunk show is 10 days, including at least one weekend.

Trunk shows are booked online here. You must fill out the contract prior to checking out. Shops are responsible for shipping to and from Kelbourne Woolens.

Samples are tagged and carefully packaged in a plastic bag. Do not dispose of the folder, box, plastic bag, or tags; they all need to be return with the trunk show.

Your trunk show has a folder that includes:
• A checklist with a list of the samples, yarns, and colors used.
• Color card(s)
• Promotional postcards

• If you fail to follow the guidelines on the contract you will be ineligible for future trunk shows.

• If your shop damages any of the garments you will be liable for the cost of them being reknit.

• If you do not submit your signed contract, you will not receive a trunk show
